One timeline per patient
Every visit is saved to the patient’s timeline, so the doctor can compare today with earlier visits — how the complaints, appetite or sleep changed, and what was prescribed last time. Patients can be found by name, OPD number, mobile number or diagnosis.
Faster than typing
Records can be typed, or the doctor can record the consultation in Marathi, Hindi or English and let AI draft the record for review. On the Pro and Premium plans, photos of old handwritten case papers can be read into the record, and report files can be attached.
Privacy and security
Case records are stored encrypted (AES-256). Each clinic’s data is separate from every other clinic, and staff only see what their role allows — a receptionist cannot open clinical case sheets. Doctors sign in with a password, Google sign-in or a one-time code sent to their email.

Yes, on the Trial, Pro and Premium plans. The Basic plan keeps the full case history and prescriptions but does not include file uploads.
Is my patients’ data safe?
Case records are encrypted, each clinic’s data is kept separate, and staff access is limited by role. Only your clinic’s logins can see your patients.
